Mission Statement

We take the approach that you want to permanently change your health and appearance and are willing to do whatever it takes to finally make it a reality, “A PERMANENT LIFESTYLE CHANGE”. Such a major undertaking can’t be done with a simple plan. It requires a lot more. And, for this program to work, which it will, you need to agree to the following: To eat the prepared meals 6 days a week and start a regular exercise program and meet with a personal trainer at least once a week. Do this for three months on our program and you will be well on your way to create the body you’ve always imagined.

There’s no getting around the fact that we must eat correctly if we want to achieve a certain “look” or fitness level. Nutrition is second in importance only to exercise in terms of achieving a particular fitness goal. Nutrition and Exercise are the 2 main factors to longevity and a healthy productive lifestyle.

Fitness food 2 Go can prepare and deliver healthy meals right to your front door. Our menu is extensive and our chefs are always adding new recipes, so there is plenty of variety. You wake up, open your door and your fitness food is waiting for you!

You only need to be on our program for three months to start your PERMANENT LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Once you are at this juncture you should be able to maintain your healthy habits that you will have learned from us and your personal trainer.


Starting your Program!! (Included with all programs)


1First your service begins with a scheduled appointment to discuss preferred foods, allergies and specific dietary requirements.



2Second, we will schedule a BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS (hydrostatic Body Fat Test) to calculate your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) and get an assessment of your body fat % and lean mass. Click Here


3We will then design nutritionally balanced meals that fit your caloric needs based on your RMR and your fitness goals.

 

The delivery days are scheduled for Monday and Thursday morning before 7:00am or if you prefer Sunday and Wednesday night after 9:00pm. When you are finished with the meals you simply place the empty plastic containers back in the igloo tote bag and set it outside your front door Sunday and Wednesday evenings. We will pick up the empty bag up and replace it with one filled for 3 days.

If you do not have your own personal trainer we will set you up with one to go over different training schedules to meet your needs.
